RARCC’s board of directors provides governance and fiscal oversight. Board members are recruited from the community and bring a range of skills and experience to their leadership role. Board meetings are held ten times per year.

Larry McAdara, Executive Director

RARCC’s Executive Director provides overall leadership and management of the Agency, working closely with our Board of Directors, Staff, and Volunteers to support and promote RARCC’s mission and activities.

Debora Monroe-Heaps, Director of Programs

RARCC’s Director of Programs supervises Direct Services, the Volunteer Program, Community Outreach Programs, and is a Victim Advocate.

Romer San Miguel, Executive Assistant

RARCC’s Executive Assistant manages payables and receivables, human resources, and assists executive administration.

Gloria Tiscareno, Direct Services Coordinator

The Direct Services Coordinator collects, posts, and provides statiscal data for the Executive Director and the Director of Programs.  This position also assists the Volunteer Coordinator, and provides Victim Advocacy.

The Senior Outreach Coordinator delivers Rape Prevention programs to seniors, works on Fund Development, and serves as a Victim Advocate.
